What is "Kansai-Jubilisit"?
We are the un-official supporter group of Jubilo-IWATA(a Japanese pro-football team) originated from members who lives in Kansai-area, Japan.
We are held game watching "off" when Jubilo comes to Kansai-area. And sometimes we go to Jubilo-Iwata-Stadium together.

What is "Off"?
We are contacting on Message-board or E-mail (in other words "On-line"). We can meet each other at stadium etc. (in other words "Off-line"). "Off" is "Off-line Meeting".)
